Howard Industrial Partners will present their project plans to the Perris Planning Commission.
This project will oversee the development of up to 8,600,000 ft.² of warehouse space to be built over the course of two building phases.
This plan will remove 170 acres of designated high density housing space in order to accommodate warehouses. In return for the 8,600,000 ft.² of warehouse, the developer proposes a very small amount of commercial development.
